I’m Dr David Pearce and I’ve been teaching Contract and Tort Law for over 25 years. I’ve taught both in the UK and abroad. My knowledge and understanding of both contract law and tort law is reflected in the articles which I have had published in the leading peer-reviewed academic journals such as the Oxford Journal of Legal Studies, the Cambridge Law Journal, and the Journal of Contract Law. I have also written chapters in academic and practitioner books.
